Well done, SQ!
We had a wonderful flight from SIN to DEL last week. We were the only 2 passengers in Suites on the A380. The 3-member F-cabin crew was amazing and specifically said at the beginning of the flight that they wanted to make this a really memorable flight for us. A good sign: the purser himself came off the aircraft and was waiting at the very front of the jetbridge to welcome us on board. They were happy to accommodate all our requests, were always graceful and gracious, and proactively brought down all window shades in the cabin when we took a nap. (We were seated in Row 2 and took a double bed in Row 3.) The only problem was the flight was not long enough. :-)
We're familiar with SQ Suites and other F and J products so this is not a wide-eyed newbie review. Crew quality can vary, but this crew did great.
