Does Scoot measure baggage dimensions, or just weight?

Flying Scoot from Tokyo to Germany, a three leg flight, with just a carry-on bag (10kg limit). My carry on bag will fit the weight (10kg total) and dimensions easily, except the length where it's 56cm counting wheels/handle rather than 54cm. Not a difference perceptible to the naked eye, will weigh just fine -- would only come up if they have some Ryanair-style metal contraption that I'm required to stick the bag in to ensure it's 100% within dimensions.

In practice, does Scoot check those measurements strictly? Or just the 10kg weight?
