Difference between BTC "Japanese Meal" and "Kyo Kaiseki"?
I was just booking doing a Book The Cook selection today for a First SIN-HKG flight and it offered me a "Japanese Meal" and a separate "Kyo Kaiseki". Are these the same meal or different things?
Ideas? |

Caution: You might not get caviar
The Kyo Kaiseki and Japanese meals consists of appetizer, main and dessert.
SQ tends to load less caviar when someone orders a Kyo Kaiseki. So if it's a full flight and everyone else orders caviar, you might not get any. |

One Flyertalker gave me the idea when flying CX, to ask in the morning when you wake up if there is any caviar left and to add it on top of the scrambled eggs. Delicious and decadent. |
