SQ PNR on an Aeroplan award booking is not recognized by Amadeus

I have an Aeroplan award that includes 3 SQ segments, among other Star Alliance partners.

Recently UA has a schedule change that has caused Aeroplan reissued the tickets. I always go to each partner's site to pull up the reservation to make sure the new tickets are reflected in partner's system.

TAP, SQ, BR all use Amadeus - I am able to pull up the reservation using the same PNR on each of the partner site - both TAP and BR Manage My Booking show the new reissued ticket numbers on the reservation BUT SQ gave me a grayed out "print e-ticket and receipt" button which was workable when the reservation was first ticketed in Jan. The explanation of the grayed out said this reservation has NOT yet ticketed!
I also notice the display of the Manage Booking is different on this re-issued, as in the manner that I have to click open each segment, and the site only keeps one "opened" segment at a time. The initial ticket would show every segment details and I was able to print a PDF file using the Print button (now grayed out) that gave even more information.

After a very long hold with Aeroplan, their explanation was everything was fine in their system and it was SQ that once the reservation retivcketed, it would take away the pring button... I dont really believe this though.

So I went to CheckMyTrip site attempting to add this trip but Amadeus does NOT recognize the PNR. The backdoor Japan Amadeus site also does not recognize the PNR. Even the almost always working Qatar site does not recognize this PNR that shared by TP, SQ & BR...

BTW, Saudia site shows the new tickets and all segments are "paid", except not all coupon status are Open to Use, several segments are Airport Control. My past experiences have been, both mean the coupons are good. Except that on AC forum in the mini-RTW thread someone said his tickets showed perfectly fine everywhere, incl both Aeroplan and Saudia - but when he called SQ to get seat assignment 2 weeks before departure, SQ told him his reservation was not ticketed...

Before I call SQ to find out whether they have received the reissued tickets from Aeroplan, could the SQ experts here enlighten me how a partner issued ticket would show on SQ?
