Is SQ call center directly from Singapore still the best?

Is SQ call center directly from Singapore still the best?

Good morning everyone,
I have call SQ several time to make changes on my flight and usually get someone from either India / Philipine or elsewhere, and they just gave me a run around, nothing accomplished. In the past, I have had good outcome when spoke to someone from Singapore call center. It seems like the are well trained to resolve ticket issue compare to others. What time is best to call the 1-800 number and reach SQ directly? thank you!

Instead of choosing English as the language, choose "Hua Yu" instead. That way you'll be guaranteed an agent in SIN.

They changed the phone prompts a bit. Press "2" for Mandarin, enter Krisflyer number and press # (press # if no Krisflyer). Then press 1 again at next prompt.
