Stopover question
Hello - I believe that I was successful at one point getting a saver fare (+100 stopover fee) to go from. SIN->FRA MAN-IAH. As opposed to two one-way bookings. I don’t know if I got lucky with a phone agent or if it because it was waitlisted eventually It wouldn’t have priced out as a stopover - but before I try HUCA with agents who have trouble booking actually stopover awards - I thought I’d ask here. Thanks! |
It is possible to get a stopover inserted on a saver one way award. However, your routing may prevent that.
How are you getting from FRA to MAN? LH as part of a *A award or you book it yourself (in which case you don't need to insert a stopover as you control the dates). I guess you want to pay miles for SIN -IAH KF saver award which will only work as "one flight" if you go via MAN meaning SIN-MAN. Going via FRA breaks it in your case, at least in my mind. *A awards don't allow stopover insertion for 100US$. Only KF saver does. |
