Singapore Airlines Search - What am I doing wrong

Singapore Airlines Search - What am I doing wrong

I'm sure I'm doing this correctly per the guides I've read but have to think I'm not as it's not working correctly.

I enter the search parameters and click search


Then this screen comes up


So click on the date (in this case "Saver" on 29th Oct) and click Search.

And it comes back to the same screen. Not sure what else I can do - there's no other button to push?

Same issue using app. No issue searching from
Mel to IAH though. So guess is SQ problem. Maybe try again later.

Do not check the "Flexible Date" box and you should be able to get some results.

Sadly I am getting the same problem with/without flexible dates.

NRT to SZX, business, one way, departure June 9.
There should be a nonstop flight on Shenzhen Airlines with saver inventory.

I gave it another go, trying both with and without the "flexible with dates" box ticked.

Unfortunately didn't work in either case for me.

I'm thinking I might ring SA and ask them if I'm doing something wrong, and if not, why it's not working.
