I can use KrisFlyer Miles for travel on SQ.

I can't, on a single ticket, use KrisFlyer Miles for an itinerary using SQ + VA?
VA is not part of Star Alliance, this condition is not applicable on non Star Alliance partner. We unable to issue SQ and VA in one ticket.
Is this accurate?

No worries. There's no way I would pay 40k for J PER-MEL when I can fly QF using 20k AA miles on a 332.
I was trying to configure JFK-FRA-SIN-PER-MEL and tag on the last segment on VA by using SQ miles calculation for JFK-MEL. Big fail there.
Interesting enough VS can't even find the mileage amount on VA. They said it was removed from their system.
