Stopover in SE Asia
 

I posted this the other day in another thread I will post here cause I am flying SQ.
I have an emergency trip to Thailand tonight. I am booked on SQ1. I am using my stopover in Cambodia to go to Siem Riep for a couple days. I am wondering if there is a better place to stopover? I can use SQ or TG of course. Any ideas of off the wall places. Danger etc is fine by me. HAve not been to Burma, Cambodia, Laos. What about Cebu???

Why not Brunei?

Your journey is a bit vague. You're going on an emergency trip to BKK but you're stopping over in Siem Riep? I fail to see how that constitutes a stopover unless that is already part of your journey. All your other places to go are fine... except you'd have to get a visa to go to most. Cebu is the other side.. and will require a fare recalculation. Not a good idea.

How about visiting the islands off the state of Sabah.

If you want adventure, pick up a copy of "Action Asia" magazine - can be found aboard SQ and get some ideas as to what you want to do.
