PVG-SIN-DPS J or Y award?

PVG-SIN-DPS J or Y award?
Dear flyertalk,
I've been "lurking" for quite a while (posted a couple times many moons ago), as I've found that I can actually get answers to most of my questions by reading what others have already posted - there is really a wealth of information here! But I have not been able to find information about the following:
I will be traveling PVG-SIN-DPS in about two weeks using UA miles, and I was wondering if J class is worth 50% more miles than Y. I have read that there are neither SpaceBeds nor Ultimo seats from China. Would SilverKris lounge access in SIN be worth the extra miles (I'm not allowed in the lounge flying SQ Y even though I'm UA*Gold correct)?
I've flown PEK-SIN before in Y and that was perfectly adequate.
