Hi
The above routing as a star alliance reward booked with krisflyer, would it constitute back tracking and how many award miles in business class would it be?
I spoke to 2 different agents and got one saying it could be done the other said 2 separate tickets!

Of course it can be done - you just need to book 2 separate awards/tickets.
CGK-SIN-HKG + HKG-FRA.
Maybe it was easier if you just did CGK-SIN-FRA - or CGK-IST-FRA om TK? (I would assume TK to have award availability)
