SQ Krisflyer *A from ME to NA via SIN?

SQ Krisflyer *A from ME to NA via SIN?
My wife is going to TLV on a Holy Land tour and she was thinking about continuing to Asia (SIN) to visit her family. When I look up Krisflyer *A chart, I noted that J one way is 57500 miles.
Does SQ allow ME to NA route via SIN? I see that there's a saver level TLV-IST-SIN, and SIN-NRT-SEA. Is such routing allowed?

For these two zones, they may have a transatlantic routing only rule.

I doubt it is going to be allowed. The other time I tried to redeem an F award from Dubai to Frankfurt via SIN on SQ and the answer was NO for the same direct price from DXB to FRA. It has to be two separate awards: DXB to SIN & SIN to FRA.
