Claiming missing miles on website
 
Has any been having trouble claiming missing miles on the website recently?

I'm trying to claim missing miles with VS and, after I fill in all the details and click submit, its says that there has been a problem and please try again later. I've tried several times over the past couple of days.

Never used to be a problem.

just email them directly instead, and tell them you're having problems with the website.
