PE isn't available yet as it's a big headache in terms of the KrisFlyer program as they'll have to revamp all the award charts.
But I'm expecting a devaluation when they do in order to fit it inbetween economy and business.

CX only charges an extra 20% in miles for a PE seat, although my impression is that the SQ product is vastly superior to the CX one.

So you will need to plan your dates a carefully if you want to book on PEY.
FRA SQ 326 ex-SIN DOP47 from 24 Sep; DOP125 from 20 Nov and the remainder DOP36 from 9 Dec
