Using SQ points MSY to ???
I am interested in trying out the Suites on SQ I have my eye on two flights JFK-Frankfort and LAX-NRT.
The question is can I use my points to get from MSY to either of these cities? When trying to book using the website it says flights are not available on the dates that I have selected.

You can only book SQ/MI awards online. You'd need to call in and the Partner award chart would apply.
Not sure in your case- too lazy to lookup- but sometimes 2 awards (one for the positioning flight, off the partner chart, other for the SQ only flight, off the 'cheaper' SQ chart), might work better, though you'd run the risk of traveling across different tickets...
