Transferred from Amex MR around 10 am EST Thursday morning. I checked at midnight and still nothing. When I woke up at 7 am this morning (Friday), the points were there. So somewhere between 15-21 hours.
I was a little bit worried though because my Amex account has my married last name and Singapore has maiden. I read the horror stories on here of people getting their accounts temporarily frozen for sending points from other accounts such as spouse or sibling. However, no issues. It might partially be because I only transfer 4k points.

Sent from (all USA) AMEX + CITI + CHASE the afternoon of April 11th and all the points were there the next morning. Not the first time I had sent from those accounts (if thats makes a difference). When I sent in October 2017 it took 2-3days. So def has sped up IMHO
