Still waiting, I have a backup reservation on TK (via AC), so if the miles fail to post in my KF account by Friday, I will be taking the TK flights instead. I'll use the KF miles (whenever they post) for another flight since they are who I predominately redeem and fly with anyway.

Man, that's a bummer. I also am still waiting for the miles from my Sep 4 transfer. For the record, I transferred from Amex around noon on Sep 5 and those were in my account by 7 am on the 7th, so this seems to be an issue specific to Chase.

My transfer from September 4th has posted as well, and my F redemption for this weekend is ticketed. I was worried that I was actually going to have to fly TK instead.

did you have to call to get it ticketed or were you able to complete it online?

I called in to book, the ticket was held. The whole process took about five minutes.

I guess you called in to get them to hold the award,
Then transferred the points,
Then called in again to ticket the held award, right?

--> Did you eventually need to pay the usd25 service fee for using call centre instead of the website?

Not exactly. I waitlisted an award when I had a high balance. Then ticketed a few other awards (for different travel), then the waitlist cleared, so initiated a Chase transfer to top up the account. Once it was clear that the waitlist would expire without the points being in my account I called and explained the situation and they extended the ticketing deadline.

Once the Ultimate Rewards finally posted to my KF account, I called and had them ticket the award. No service fee was charged, just the taxes.

I did the above, and no I wasn't charged for using the call center. I did pay 80SGD = $60 USD in taxes and airport fees.

Hmmm, I was looking at my eticket and their is a charge under the airport taxes listed as TS. Look it up and TS stands for Passenger Service charge. That would be an airport fee not a Singapore Airlines fee for using their customer support?

I get hit with Passenger Service (and Security) Charge when departing SIN even on fully online redemptions, so you're right that it's an airport fee (and not an SQ fee).

So in your case you were lucky and didn't get hit with the usd25 fee ... however in other threads some other posters have done the exact same thing and gotten hit with the fee, so I guess it could go either way

Seems like Chase UR is still taking a long time.

I requested points from Citi, Amex and Chase at around the same time.

9/28 Fri mid-day

Citi: was in by the next day afternoon (around 24 hours and received on Saturday)
Amex: received by Sunday 8PM (2days 6 hours including weekend)
Chase: still waiting as of Wednesday 10/3 @ 930AM (5 calendar days/3 business days and counting)

Did you get your Chase yet? When I transferred Chase to SQ last year it was < 12 hours.

I'm now at 38 hours on a transfer initiated Monday. Hoping you have gotten yours and there isn't any issue.

Just checked, still waiting. Seems like folks upthread who transferred in early September waited about 8 calendar days.
