Both DBS and UOB are very fast with posting your miles. Just to be safe they claim it might take a week or two, but in reality the conversion takes just a day or two.

I transferred from Citi PM to KF on Wednesday at 1AM and they were posted around 3pm on Thursday (took almost 40 hours).
From Citi Rewards they had to combine my pts first and I transferred them at 1PM on Wednesday. They have been not credited to KF yet (it's been more than 48 hours).
I have also transferred from both Hyatt and SPG on Wednesday at 1AM and neither has been credited yet.

Seems like most places are able to move the miles across within a day. Anything that takes more than 1-2 days should probably be attributed to the originating party and not SQ itself.

Hyatt came in today (08/07) with posting date 01/07 which was in fact transfer date. I wonder why do they use transfer date for posting and not actual posted date, especially since miles earned this way doesn't count towards any status.

I finally received my SQ miles from SPG after 11 days. Interestingly enough, I ran out of patience and just decided to book my award travel yesterday 7/8 and put in a request to purchase the extra miles I needed to complete the award redemption.
To my surprise, I checked this morning and my SPG transfer showed up and I only had to purchase 5k additional miles to complete my award reservation instead of 14k originally quoted by the agent. Looks like the transfer either made it in at the right time, or the initiation to purchase miles forced the system to recognize the incoming SPG transfer.
