Another improvement I guess...

That's why I don't bother with UOB PRVI Amex for the limo rides, preferring to get mine once a month from my ANZ Visa Travel.

still easier to me to spend 1000 abroad than 2500 on the ANZ card (domestic spending).

You can click through Shopback to Expedia and use the promo code to get BOTH discount and cashback.

https://www.shopback.sg/

Have you PERSONALLY tried this?

Because last time I used such approach, my cash back at ShopBack was denied and the customer service told me it was because I've applied the coupon.

So, I'd rather stick with my own personal experience vs suggestion over Internet.

I did receive the "Latest Transaction Email" email even after applying the discount code at Expedia.

Have to wait 45 days after I made the transaction (not hotel stay) to see if I will receive the "Your Cashback is now Redeemable!" email.

Not sure if anyone found out this discovery:

Now you can link NETS flashpay auto top up to DBS VISA. Last time was DBS MasterCard only. No $0.25 fee.

Wonder if we're able to earn DBS points when doing NETS flashpay auto topup.

Tried searching but can't find a good answer. Does paying bills, like taxes, with a CC (i.e. UOB AMEX spending 50k per year nets you 20K bonus miles) via AXS accrue towards the cards annual spend?

If you pay your bills using UOB AMEX card, using AXS or otherwise, will count towards the $50,000 annual limit. By the way, with the annual bonus, you are effectively earning 1.8 miles per $ spent, which is not too bad.

Can anyone explain how paying off supplementary UOB cards works? My gf has supplementary cards off my primary ones. When I try to pay them off in my UOB internet banking, my cards will go into credit ("CR") for the same amounts that are owed on her cards.

I tried transferring back the funds to my transaction account, however the transactions show up as 'cash advance' on the statement. Will this mean I'll have to pay interest or does this simply mean I'm back to $0 balance?

As a next step I tried paying the supplementary cards of through e-AXS which seemed to work. Will see what it looks like tomorrow though.

If they have not changed the process from 2013 when I had UOB card, the sup card balance is transferred to the primary card and posted there.

So if sup card had $200, main card had $100, it will be charge of $200 to the main card and CR to the sup card and you need to pay $300.

Think you will incur cash advance charges. Better call the bank to explain and request to waive charges.
