Does anyone have any feedback if PayPal transactions earn this 4miles/$ using this card?
The card gives these many miles too for online transactions. UOB lists excluded merchant codes in the T&C. Not sure if Paypal is excluded or if it belongs to one of these merchant codes. |
Not bad at all for a Nets Flashpay card, granted no miles but a decent discount across lots of merchants:

I guess NETs need to be running some promotions ~ Currently anyone that is half credit card savy is using EZLink due to cash rebates and miles from the credit card companies.
I would rather Nets allow for credit card top ups. Then the games will get interesting :D |

From the feedback received so far, paypal transactions do count. However it would not if they were used on merchants in the restricted list. Example, using paypal to pay for travel related purchases.
Only when you make a transaction and check whether the bonus UNI$ are credited then would you know do they earn the 10x. So in the end, it may be a hit or miss. No one would know until they try hehe.. |

ANZ Online Sure-win Spin & ANZ S$5 Cash Credit promotions It states that the promotion is applicable for Principal and Supplementary Cardmembers. For the ANZ Online Sure-win Spin, does the minimum S$1000 spend includes spending from supplementary cardholders? Should each supplementary cardholder sent separate SMS which contains their individual supplementary card number? Reply from ANZ: Yes, it includes spending from Supplementary cardholders for the $1000 spend. But if the $1000 spend is from supplementary cardholder ONLY, the SMS should contain the supplementary card number. For the ANZ S$5 Cash Credit promotion, if the supplementary cardholder makes the S$100 spending in a single charge/receipt, should the SMS contain the principal or supplementary card number? Reply from ANZ: SMS should contain supplementary card number if the S$100 charge is made by supplementary cardholder. Just received a call from ANZ again. The answer is NO. Each principal and supplementary cardholder must charge $1000 EACH to qualify and send individual SMS. |

Could you give some examples where EZlink is used? Many places I tried to don't accept. They do top ups at the post office but dont accept it as a payment method. Flash pay on the other hand is accepted at many more locations. |

How do i use the UOB Prefered Platinium Visa for 10x rewards for online top up? I just create an account and top up my ez link?
|
I am not 100% sure that ezlink top and tap earns 10X Uni$ for UOB PPV :( I did 2 $200 topups and the points are not 4miles/$.
|
Now that you mention it, I don't think I received 200 UNI$ for it. Seems I received 40 or 50 only
|
yeh, there were a few confirmations from hardwarezone + flyertalk so I didnt check. Just got my statement today and the Uni$ discrepancy would be due to either one of these transactions not earning 10X
1) top and tap or 2) supplementary card transactions |

I've seen the list but nothing really stands out as useful besides transportation and sporadic food outlets.
Even some chains don't roll it out to all their outlets. |
