Two to three business weeks for a refund?
I purchased an early-bird special to Europe last year directly from the Singapore Airlines website.
Due to a change of plans I have requested to refund the ticket but didn't see the refund on my credit card after 48 hours.
So I called up 13 10 11 and was told that it takes 2-3 business weeks for a refund.
How can it take that long?
