Relevant portions of the fare rules (re: dates, etc) are these:

SEASONS
1OCT-17DEC02 OR 24DEC02-31MAR03. SEASON IS BASED ON DATE OF ORIGIN AND IS DETERMINED BY DATE OF DEPARTURE OF OUTBOUND TRANSATLANTIC SECTOR.
BLACKOUTS
NO BLACKOUT RESTRICTIONS APPLY.
EFF/EXP
TICKET MUST BE ISSUED BY 5DEC02.

Looks like the fun might be over. The fare still shows up but once you price it out it doesn't price the $20 fare! Could be a glitch though.

No, it seems to be gone. I priced out SEA-HEL at USD 93.75 earlier.

Yup, it's gone.. Tried JFK-HEL on many dates and got through the route info, but finally priced out in the $500.

GOne on Travelocity, but Expedia still has it.

I got SFO-MAD for spring break. Have to wait and see if BA honors these.
