What can be done for a party?
My first stay of this year -- 13 nights at a HWS in the Eastern half of the country -- was uneventful until the last night (and of course an early flight home). TLDR - raucous party in room next door for 6+ hours, no help from hotel; curious what else I could have done (950 lifetime Hilton nights and never had an experience so noisy):
Starting around 8:30 pm I (sitting on the couch on the far side of the "living room" could hear music from the adjoining room through the opposite bedroom wall) loudly enough to understand lyrics accompanied with enough banging to make me think a construction crew was remodeling the room. After about 10 minutes of that dialed 0, front desk answered, said they'd make contact with the room.
Things seemed to get a little bit quieter but still obnoxiously loud and after the 5th drunken course, including at least 6 distinct voices, of "Happy Birthday" about 10:15 tried calling the front desk a handful of times -- each time getting a busy signal -- so I got myself dressed again, walked to the front desk, complained again. Again told it would be dealt with.
Back to the room. Waiting and after no appreciable changes in music and a slight increase in yelling (The only thing convincing me I wasn't hearing a DV incident was the number of voices and "Happy Birthdays") at just before 11pm I tried 0 again...busy again...and walked back down to the front desk. Once again told it would be dealt with and he'd "contact the authorities"
Back to the room again and at this point popping the emergency Unisom from my bag I drift off to sleep only to be awoken at 2:15 by what sounds like furniture being thrown at the wall behind my head. Force myself back to sleep, back up at 2:45 with more obnoxious noise.
Checked out Saturday morning, asked to speak with the MOD. There was no manager on site or available via phone. The Front desk agent said she did see it in the log, apologized, gave me the operations manager's card and told me that she'd be reaching out on Monday. Sent her an email between flights on Saturday. Got a read receipt for the email but no reply or phone call today.
I don't really want/need anything from the property at this point but curious if anyone has any advice should I run into this in the future to get some peace? At one point I considered suggesting that the FD cut a key for an extra room somewhere else on property but thought that might be overstepping bounds (especially since I didn't really feel like moving my belongings)

I've had to change rooms late at night more times than I'd like to recall. It unfortunately just is often the path of least resistance. Understood that on a 13-night stay you might be a bit more...settled in...than on shorter stays, but if the property isn't sold out, this is generally the way to go. And yeah, it *always* happens the night before an early morning flight, I know; that's just the way the world works.

As above, change rooms. Have the front desk give you another room far away from the party and just pack everything up (hopefully you are partially packed as this was your last day) and move.

The thought crossed my mind -- particularly when my brain was in "Am I hearing someone get beat to death?"-mode but once I had assured/convinced myself that there was no imminent danger to anyone...what would the cops do without someone from the hotel instructing them (allegedly the cops had been called by the FD after my 3rd report, anyway)

E. Diamond Compensation If a Diamond Member is dissatisfied, the member must be immediately satisfied and compensated as follows based on the type of reservation: [...] The hotel must also complete the following: • The hotel’s General Manager or General Manager’s representative must contact the member by telephone to apologize personally for the service failure • The hotel must retain and make available a 30-day rolling record of these transactions. For OnQ PM hotels utilizing the Service Recovery functionality, the Service Recovery report will replace the need for a manual log NOTE: In order to support customer satisfaction and loyalty, the Hilton Worldwide Guest Assistance Department has the discretion to grant Diamond Members up to two complimentary future nights. The cost of these room nights will be charged back to the hotel.

My policy is
1. Contact the front desk and ask them to intervene.
2. If unresolved, insist on a room change.
3. If none available, ask them to intervene again and make it abundantly clear that the third call skips the front desk and goes directly to the police.
I’ve been lucky enough to never have to call the authorities.

If the FD does not act, a call to the FD advising that you will both call the police and post all over social media so that people stay away, followed by a move to another room.
Helpful for you to post the name of the property as others here may have had similar experiences and can provide specific advice.

I ran into this just a couple weeks ago. During the second call to FD, I asked for a follow-up as to what was discussed with the party room. On the follow-up call we were told we could move to another room, and they would charge our night to the party room. So free night for us, extra charge for the party. The party stopped about 30 minutes later, as they were told of this new arrangement. We stayed put as I did not want to haul our stuff. But we had the option.

I would do this other than the packing part. They aren't reselling your room that night, so I'd hope they'd get you another room for the night to sleep in, and you can go back "home" when you are ready to pack and leave.
