Hyatt failed to give the expiration date for the award cert that is earned. It's nowhere to be found in the Ts and Cs.

Looks like this offer is for Hyatt Credit Cardmembers, not the newer World of Hyatt Credit Card.

Yeah, I have the old card. See my posts in the Chase forum about my attempt to get clarification on the expiration date of the certificate.

Maybe someone with a Concierge (do they still exist) can get more qualified help...

From Chase via SM:

once spend is met the night deposited to your member account will be eligible for use for one full year from the date of deposit. Nights cannot be extended or reissued once they have expired.

Guess I will dust off my Hyatt card
SanDiego1K and nmoe like this.

Weird they would only offer this to their old card. Wouldn't they want to reward people with the new card?
