Seems NH dumping capacity. If BC D preferred for accrual/ flexibility $1,299 RT. Below base fares from EF:

Be careful when choosing flights. Some of the flights from NRT-BOM are showing 'extra reclining seat' (operated by the 767). This could be a bug though?

Also looks like Singapore is a bit more $$. $1195 With Singapore. $1133 with ANA.

It does look like they still have the routes loaded with 767-300ER which have 2 configs angle-flat and recliner. They retired the 767-300 this year but have still kept the ER around for international routes. Most likely if they aren't planning to carry cargo then they want to use a plane that can go to distance but isn't a big widebody and 787 most likely have all been put on more premium routes.
