I don't see the string "20%" anywhere on that page. How do I get a discount?

I just cancelled mine to rebook haha. I had used various payment methods though (CC, GC, eCoupon), so I'm going to give it a few days for the latter two to hopefully refund.

Did they jack up the fares before launching this promo?

Also great that instead of simply having a sale, they've done this via promo code meaning we can't use promo codes that they may have given us to compensate for customer service issues etc.

No, the flights I've been eyeing, YYZ-YYC/YEG are still exactly the same, but now a few $ cheaper with this page

Surprisingly, no. I had been watching a number of fares and they've all dropped. This is a legitimate discount of about 17% - 18% off the whole fare. It is decent pricing for Pre-COVID-19 summer fares.

YVR-YYG, normally I can get a comfort fare for under $800 return with a 15% off code.
The dates I'm looking at, May, the fare is over $900 with the 20% off code.

In all fairness, normally I apply a code during seat sales.
As J sales are few and far between, this code is helpful for that.
