MVP/MVPG/MVPG 75K Qualification Roll Call (2022)
Well, AS decided to apply creativity to its re-qualifications, and count January 1 to April 30, 2020 travel towards re-qualification in 2021 (for 2022 status year).
Hot Off the Press! Status Extended Through December 31, 2021
So, where are you at? I'll be re-qualifying at MVPG currently based off AS miles flown already. Would have been close to MVPG75K, but had to trim some flights.

When considering the 50% EQM bonus, I'm set to rollover ~75k. That is to say, I anticipate earning a net of 75K-2020-program-year-EQMs from flying AS between March 3rd and April 30th 2020 and then "re-earning" 75K-2021-program-year-EQMs when they rollover/repost the EQMs in 2021.

0 miles so far this year!
Had a great award trip to Cairo and the Nile end of January through middle of February, got home and three weeks later everything started to happen. I am glad about the Oneworld and the AA partnership for when we start flying again as I'm guessing it's gonna be mostly domestic this year (we'll see). At least 75K is good this and next year while we figure it out.

17,404 on AS+partners, 7,367 on AS. If all goes according to plan (ha!) I'd requalify for MVP in 2022 in early January 2021 on a paid SQ J flight BOM-SIN-SEA- assuming India is allowing US visas by then (it's a nonrefundable SQ fare so it's ????s what happens if/when I can't get to India). In theory MVPG for 2022 would be a possibility. Not enough travel booked or planned to make it in 2021, and frankly I don't have a lot of faith that we won't be cycling through various stages of "normal-ish" to "shut it all down" the rest of 2020 and well into 2021.

Just over 42k after recent Hawaii business trips, 1.5 EQM promo.
Trying to avoid travel during the current spike in demand - likely through at least Labor Day - not feeling the urgency to make 75k this year. May just try to work down AA and AS mile stockpile when the travel itch strikes in 2021.
