List of new/remodeled UA Club locations
I know most of the UA clubs are closed, but it got me thinking if there’s a definitive list out there for the new/remodeled locations. Here’s what I’ve been able to find so far. Any locations I missed?

Perhaps, updated furnishings to go beyond furniture such as the new light fixtures, remodeled entrance, or bathroom. I think the DEN locations have new chairs and plugs, but lacking elsewhere.

FWIW, the Wiki to the following thread has the list of UCs, PLs and ALs as of 2019-02-23:
Have you been to every United Club? How many have you been to?
When I open up my laptop next, I'll look to see if I have the master document but the info there as well as online can be adapted to document which clubs have been "updated" as well as, unfortunately, "temporarily" closed.
As others have asked, need a workable definition of "new/remodeled" since, for instance, CLE still is decked out in dark wood but has the updated high white tables with plugs but same old restrooms. DCA probably isn't going to easily be remodeled given its terminal's historical status.

I would classify them as follows, with some examples:
Old/Pre-Merger: (GUM, NRT, MEX, any others?)
- same/similar furniture, physical space as pre-merger facility
- minimal updates/upgrades to restrooms or food service areas
- only basic upkeep performed
Refreshed: (EWR C-1, DEN E/W, SFO F, DCA, HKG)
- same physical space, new furniture, new paint, no major renovation
- revised/new food service areas
Renovated: (EWR A, DFW, IAH C-North)
- same physical space as old club but full-gut renovated since the merger
- New furniture, food service, decor, restrooms
Temporary: (EWR C80, SFO Mezz)
- new furniture/decor but temporary space awaiting new/renovated club construction
- usually limited food/bar service, may not have restrooms
All-New: (SAN, LHR, BOS, RDU, LGA, etc.)
- all-new physical site, opened since the merger

Well, FWIW, here's the list with the current open/closed/gone status current to 2020-03-29:
I'll let folks debate which club/lounge fits into which category that EWR764 has provided.

FWIW, I was at the LAX United Club in November. I thought it was the old Continental lounge in terms of fixtures and furnishings. Having said that, it was clean and very well maintained, very comfy and nice. We spent an hour and a half there waiting for our flight LAX-CLE - no complaints.
