Has anyone had success getting miles to post to your AS account for flights booked as CX, but operated by Cathay Dragon?

Sure. But now with all the OW talk, do you think there is any hope? I have a Cathay Dragon flight in 3 weeks.

Alaska is joining OW sometime in 2021.
No, you won’t be getting any miles.

Reschedule your flight for 2022 once AS is in OW for sure.

This is like expecting that the AA/US or AS/VX merger would be completed years early. They made a press release and announced vague dates for the future. This doesn’t magically admit them into OW four weeks later.
