Guf on OTA fare

Good morning community.
I know that ba can now apply the GUF to ota bookings. But will it work with that Tour operator rate they are offering right now paired with a hotel?
1300 euros to Boston in club. 1 night hotel on Expedia... And then call ggl and guf it to F?

Thnx everyone

If it’s an inclusive tour fare I think like upgrade with avios you can’t do it.
