Main meal pre-selection option has disappeared
Hi there,

Sorry if I'm doubling up on a thread. I'm travelling in F next week. I pre-orded my main meal as soon as the option appeared. However, there's no trace of my choice (or the ability to change it) in MMB - should I be worried?

Just checked in MMB for my flight in three weeks time in CW. I cannot find a link to the Pre-order main meal page. There is a link to the special meals page. Did you receive an email confirmation when you made your choice ? I did. Maybe a IT hiccup ? I am not planning any changes, but will monitor MMB to see if the link reappears just in case.

Yep, I received a confirmation email on 31/12 when I submitted the request. You're right must be some kind of glitch.

Glad it's not just me! Hopefully this is just a glitch rather than a deliberate ploy to ensure we don't get our choices (which, I know, aren't guaranteed anyway!).

Glad it wasn't just me this was affecting, I assumed I had a glitch in my app... but it's back there this morning as DelTroon says

Definitely just a glitch. I'm positive nobody at BA is intent on deliberately ensuring you dont get your choice.

This issue seems related to the occasionally appearing message "We don't have any upcoming reservations for you", despite having 12-15 magically emerging again after some days
