Can't see upgrade list on app?

Can't see upgrade list on app?

Typically, >24 hours out, when I click on "upgrade / standby list" for a partiuclar flight, it shows me how many FC seats remaining. I have a couple of upcoming business flights where this is the case.

However, I also have a couple other flights, booked direct on dl.com (in both cases using a voucher for partial payment), where when I click on this it shows a blank screen. I have checked on dl.com to make sure my upgrade is requested, and it is, but it's weird that I can't see it for those flights. IT issue? Thx!

Yep, I used to be able to view the Upgrade & Standby list (which would indicate the number of unassigned seats in F, C+, and overall) even for flights far into the future.

Beginning a couple weeks ago the list is blank - I think it only "activates" 21 or 30 days prior to departure now (I currently see it for a trip on 12/24 but not 1/6).

Interesting. I've never seen it before people start doing OLCI for the segment.

Are the "names" and numbers for free elite upgrades or instrument supported upgrades (where the lists and inventory are combined sometime within about 24 hours of departure)?

Does this work for longhaul international flights too?

When I view it, there aren't any "names," it just shows # of seats remaining in FC and C+.

I can see it for a flight next week but nothing further out than 30 days.

There were never any names until check in, just the info about seats remaining. Yes, for all flights.

I fully understand that, but here's what I see for my flights that are further out...so trying to find out of IT glitch or problem with my reservation because it partially used a voucher for payment.

I'm seeing the same blank page for my flights booked in January. My December flights still show the expected screen.
