Angry BA A350 to Dubai

I looked at LHR-DXB last week on BA and chose the 1235 departure so I could get my first look at the new A350. Blow me, I went to actually book today ( 9 January 2020) only to find the 1235 has a B777 substituted. Other same day flights include another B777 and a B747 no A350s at all. . Google does not help finding why the A350 seems to have been pulled from DXB?

It's been said on other threads that BA are behind in flight crew training for the A350s. I don't know if this is the reason these flights have been changed or not but it's possible if one or two of the trained A350 pilots have holidays booked for example.

It looks like it’s back on the DXB route with effect from 01 February according to BA.com

This thread offers great insight into the A350 and a better place for your question too.

That is the reason. Expect to see some A350's sitting around doing nothing.

BA A350s won't be sitting around doing nothing.
