Guesting for First Time
Evening all,
All being well, myself and my wife who are both Silvers will be flying BA from T3 with another couple who don't have any status and are on the same flight but a different booking reference.
Am I right in thinking they can...
- Business check in with us.
- Priority security
- Guest into the CX Lounge?
- What about boarding the aircraft? We're not sat together but we'll be group 2 and I believe they will be group 4. I guess we hang back with them?
Thanks in advance.
Just don't want to make a tit of myself.

From my own personal experience (I am Silver my other half is a lowly Blue) and we sometimes travel together on different PNRs as tickets booked seperately
- Business check in with us. - Yes
- Priority security - Yes
- Guest into the CX Lounge? - Yes

Should be able to have the other couple board with you even if their boarding group is different (I’ve never had a problem when travelling with others on a different PNR).

“It is possible that customers travelling together may receive different group numbers. In this case, please make your way to the gate where you will be able to board together.”

Go to business check-in explain your friends are travelling with you and would it be at all possible to put you all in the same, higher, boarding group. I imagine if asked the right way that most staff would be happy to oblige( though no guaranteed of course)
May I also suggest the QF lounge, it's woefully under rated imho, service is consistently excellent and the gin bar is amazing.
