Aer Lingus (EI) Awards and Redemptions
Searching SFO-LHR using miles I see Aer Lingus as an option. 280k miles 1-way in business. For that price you'd better get to keep the plane after the flight.
Also the pricing seems to be flexible, since sometimes main is 60k and sometimes 80k.
I'm not sure if this will actually ticket or if this is some test that's not supposed to be public. It's not in the award chart.

Given the one way fare is around $2960, that is just about a 1 cent point value. Welcome to revenue based award pricing. Grab them now before those seats disappear

Again, it's not in the chart, and I can't believe that they are really planning on offering this at almost 3x the cost of Emirates and almost 5x the cost of just about everyone else. I'm not sure it's "live". We saw the same thing with SQ a while ago.

It's definitely dynamic, or plain wrong. On Oct. 14, for example, DUB-ORD, one of the Econ flights is 30K, while the other is 60K...But we still don't have SQ, so I'm not counting on this...

Aer Lingus coach isn't bad in the exit row aisle seat (where you enter the plane) on the 757. I had infinite legroom. It was on the DUB-BDL flight, which may be a different layout as it's a wet lease from ASL Ireland I believe. For a 6.5 hour flight there was no way I was shelling out for their J product.

Interesting. This shows the cabin classes (60K for N class, 80K for G class). They are not award inventory. So no, this is far from live. I don't know why we get to see this backroom work, though.

DL is often 320,000 miles one way in biz from SFO to LON. AS's IT is just a bit further behind DL's but that is definitely the trend.

Side note: Don't jack up the AA/BA F redemption rates, please!

I saw the same thing looking at a Seattle-Rome booking. No thanks on the 280,000 miles each way. Suddenly BA is looking pretty good!
I'm guessing in the next year or so we will see BA J jump as their new and very nice J product in introduced.
