Alternative to RJ.com for bassinet seat selection?
I just tried, as always, to claim the bassinet seats for a BA WT+ booking at T-72 (i.e. from when they show as "available" in BA's MMB) using RJ.com.
Somehow the "Services" section in RJ's MMB doesn't allow me access to the seats anymore - the link just seems to have disappeared.
Is this a recent change, or just something wrong? Is there an alternative?
Thank you!

The alternative is to call up, sometimes at T-48 is better. You are not guaranteed to get the seats, but even when RJ is behaving I would always advise ringing up.
When do Bassinets open?

I noticed the same thing last week and was unable to use the facility on the RJ site. Instead, I called BA who did it for me as suggested above by my esteemed and learned friend. That was around 46 hours prior to the flight.
