making changes to an itin booked on AC Mobi app?

If you book a ticket with the AC app, it looks like you cannot make changes on the ac.com website nor on the app? Is this right? I can't find a way to make changes - if i go to AC's website and try to pull up the booking, it says the changes have to be made on the app. In the app, there isn't any way to make any changes. Seems like the AC Mobile account and Altitude/Aeroplan accounts are not linked in any way. Just another AC irregularity aka stupidity?

fyi - SE, J class fare booked. Sitting on hold now to speak to a rep - hope they don't try and charge me a fee to make this change over the phone. Should have used Concur/Amex portal as I usually do.

Been on hold now for over 15 mins. Which # do you use? My card says 1-XXX-XXX-XXXX and yes i'm SE 100K. I think this is the first time i've called AC in years. If there's another # please let me know.

You should refer to you Altitude dashboard for the latest number - please remove it from your post as it isn't available to everyone.

The 2019 cards have a newer number than the dashboard. I don't think the dashboard will be updated until after last year's SEs are dropped down to lower levels (i.e. March 1).

2018 is 1-866
2019 is 1-888

Yup. The dashboard says the current numbers are valid until Feb 28, 2019.

OP posted a 1-844 number - maybe it was 2017's #? I don't remember what it was back then.

Puzzled. Received my SE kit and cards last week. I have a card with concierge contact details (1-866-...) but I don't have new numbers for Reservations.

Look on the back of your SE card. The three numbers at the bottom are the SE Desk / Rez.

One number to rule them all?

Yup, was 2017. I've not received the new set of cards yet. I got the current # from the dashboard now programmed into phone.
