Mileage Accrual on Corporate Account
I can't tell if this is the latest "undocumented feature" of ua.com or if I have a problem. I booked a trip via the App and selected the "corporate travel" option and then proceeded to make the reservation as always. After confirmation and review of the itinerary, neither the PQD or PQM appear anywhere on the App or on the desktop version of ua.com. The trip is booked in H and K fare buckets. It was an economy ticket and I upgraded using GPU and RPU (mixed international/domestic trip). The fare was in excess of $2K and is certainly not a bulk fare. It is important to get proper credit as I need it for status for 2019.
Is anyone else seeing this situation? Is it possible that we have a contracted rate (% off list) and they do not know how to calculate the PQD and PQM? Am I going to get proper credit or because we get 1-2% off list, I get hosed on accrual? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

check the ETKT receipt. Is it listed there?
I have a few trips where this info does not show but I know these are not bulk fares (for those you DO see the info, just confirming no PQD) ... so just the usual united.com IT nonsense. I would not worry.

Thanks cfischer. Nothing showing on the ETKT receipt. I am hoping it is nothing as well.

Talk to the travel arrangers/TA in your company. A private fare may have different t&c's.

Does the e-receipt show at fare? If it does then not BULK
Missing earnings data is a problem that occasionally occurs and sometimes corrects itself. Give a day or two and then check again

Based on the above, it certainly would not appear to be a bulk fare. Since I don't think I have ever bought a bulk fare, does "bulk" appear in the above fields as opposed to the amounts shown on my receipt? Thanks for your quick response and help!

The missing earnings data is just likely a previously reported glitch
You can call and ask an agent for the data
