Any more than 190 TP LHR-> SYD in Y?
With the new LHR->PER->SYD route with QF, one can get 190 TP each way with a 22 hour journey. Is there any way to beat that with a reasonably similar cost (and only full fare economy)?

There are routings you can take (LHR-DOH-PER-SYD) which would net 420TP / direction; would take longer though.
Edit: these are with QR / QF.

The OP must be looking at full-fare economy, as stated, because in that category LHR-PER is 120 TPs and PER-SYD is 70 TPs. On that basis, LHR-DOH-PER-SYD would seem to be 210 TPs each way.

yes I found that just last week - on a vacation to Sri Lanka, direct flight was a crazy price, so tried Qatar for the first time. Yet another bit of lounge small print I missed, having got caught out with Emirates metal on my last Qantas-code/booked Sydney trip...

Ideally I’d like to find a way to get it up to 250, then three return trips would get me to gold status. As it is 190 will get me there in four, with the advantage of slightly nicer Qantas lounge.

Edit to add: If the OP did indeed mean full-fare Y, then this is also a bit of an odd question, since (from a random choice of dates in June) non-flex is about £900, or full-fare Y is £2,800. If the question is how to maximise TPs for that sort of budget, then you could probably find an ex-EU in F for that sort of money...
