BA5/6 to NRT 772 and 773 scheduling

BA5/6 to NRT 772 and 773 scheduling
Going to Tokyo soon, outbound JAL to HND, inbound BA from NRT.
return flight is showing 773 but has changed several times since booking.
Looking on The BA source website there is no consistency in metal deployment. Most BA routes schedule the same metal each day. Why is BA5/6 not the same?
Will be very disappointed if it reverts to 772.
I’ve got exit row seats booked. If it does revert to 772, will I still get the seats I paid for?
