BA: Premium economy MIL to US West Coast for ~700€

Hi everyone,
I know you all much prefer J error fares, but this one is pretty decent too especially if you can manage to upgrade with Avios on the night flight coming back to Europe.

Seen availability in April/May, matrix can help with the usual BA+ / f bc=t

Cheers maclover

Are these WT+ able to be GUF'd with a travel agent or are they the wrong fare class?

not sure - i think these are the relatively new dual-inventory fares (and similar great deals around the GBP 500 mark available from ARN, GOT, INV, JER etc).

I've been able to upgrade them with BA over the phone after making a booking (within the 24 hour cooling period in case it didnt work). when trying to UUA straight away online, it gives a fare that is twice the price.

so at a guess, these won't work via a TA as they seem to be online-only fares but then I am sure I read somewhere on here that someone had success booking this via a TA.

they are UUA-able and GUF-able directly with BA post purchase for sure though.

I can confirm this.
I upgraded my return SFO-LHR over the phone: trying to do it online returned a message saying that it wasn't possible to UUA as my itinerary had a segment involving ground transportation

Thanks chris1979 I'd also considered the exGOT etc but thought Milan easier.. No reward seats when I want so was hoping for GUF. Hmm.

Fares seem to have been pulled. Shame as ex-got/arn/nor is much harder than MXP/LIN for me personally.

For those who have no status with BA, how many Avios does it take to upgrade a RT WTP ticket from ARN-West Coast USA?

I've paid 30.000 avios + ~120€ in extra taxes to upgrade the SFO-LHR leg

Too many now! When you factor in the 30,000+ Each Way and then the additional taxes (circa £100?) as well as the almost non existent number Reward seats available, you may as well look for a return in J, perhaps DUB etc that will be already in business without the hassle

I'm seeing CPH-IAH-CPH for as low as $615.

Sample dates: 8/16 to 8/22. Books into selling category T.

I thought about booking it this morning, but the time doesn't work for me. If I leave on Tuesday, price is $650 a person, $800 now on the day before

Also struggling to make it work because of departure times... overnight in CPH is expensive. Tis a good fare though.
CPH-SEA or CPH-IAH around £492/520.

You still can find ex-MIL at 650€ with two stops on the way back or 700€ just connecting in London

e.g.: Apr 26th - May 2nd and few more dates in May
