Printout of PMO/UG-SYSTEM
Well this has been a hot topic so here's a copy of the printout. The note about 2003 SWU's is now at the top. The copy is broken up into three images as the printout is long.

It is nice to have the T&C availlible since we do not have paper certs any more. Maybe it will be included in the E-SWUs online page, but I doubt it.
Good job Kev

Although I assume that reference on the 3rd page that if a so-called non-member is using that the member must come to ATO and authorize use applies to E-SWU, I can foresee the scenario of an agent either res or at check-in saying it applies to 2003 paper SWU also.

One minor thing - currently that printout has the United employee's ID on it. I would kindly ask you for that employee's own benefit that you remove this for a few mins and whiteout the employee ID. If you need help with it (i've done it before) shoot me an e-mail. It's the 6-digit number for reference.

Thanks for the info! It's nice to be able to save it onto my laptop for when I need it.
