Just got my card. Wrapped in the same envelope as the one in the event, but it's lighter and feels like plastic...

Anyway, it's just in time as my Amex point booster has reached its annual limit.

Yes, small-prints mentioned plastic first and then a metal card in May.

Thanks. I didn't pay attention to the small print. Should be more careful of anything related to small prints. ;-)

This was confirmed in the press release yesterday:
In order to also meet the needs of professional customers, a fourth deferred debit card will be launched later this year as part of this collaboration: the Beobank Brussels Airlines Navigator Mastercard. More information on this card will follow in the coming months.

Again filling a gap amex left open, when they left the SME card market.

Offering looks promising, but I am surprised to see that transactions via PayPal, Apple Pay, etc... will not be eligible for miles. I was under the impression that many frequent flyers use these platforms as they make paying during frequent business travel much easier and quicker ;-).
Hi
Where did you read that Apple Pay or PayPal transaction would not be eligible for miles ?

Footnote 5 on the application page: "5. Geven geen recht op Miles: Transacties bij luchtvaartmaatschappijen die geen deel uitmaken van de Lufthansa Group en Star Alliance, contante opnames, de jaarlijkse bijdrage, kosten, rente, overschrijvingen vanaf de kredietkaartrekening, aankopen van cryptocurrency en transacties via een tussenpersoon zoals een digitale portemonnee of een betalingsplatform. I believe only the cashback / metal version / 5000 welcome miles is restricted to HON/SEN. That being said, I did notice that they have updated the application page from when I applied to clarify this. Originally the cashback / 5000 miles was "open" and for applications before end of 2025. Now it has been updated to end of April 2024.
Maybe they have temporarily closed applications to non HON/SEN for this reason? Or the bank clerk was misinformed and assumed the card was only intended for HON/SEN. Making the card available only for H?ON/SEN makse no sense, as they have many of the benefits as part of status already.

My colleague Frequent Traveller applied a week ago and got the card.

Thanks
It's kind of funny to exclude transactions with airlines not belonging to Star Alliance. But excluding Apple/Google Pay and PayPal is not fun at all !

I hope this will not be confirmed as it doesn't make any sens (for clients). You rarely see people use their card physically (except for Amex Belux that doesn't support Apple Pay).

Thats not aiming at 'normal' transactions with apple/google pay as an intermediary, but the revolut/zen/payzy apps that allow credit cards to be used for recharge. Regular transactions will be fine.

I expect my card any time now. I can see in the app, got the letter etc.

Slightly different question for the group;

Does anyone gave a screenshot or copy of what the Amex offers where exactly when switching to their offer after the Brussels Airlines contract end?

I signed up for gold. I got some bonus points (min spend) but I feel they promised a lot more bonus points. Cannot find anything online anymore.

I also want to know what the 'bonus transfer' transfer was again from Amex Rewards point to M&M.

And lastly was there fine print about cancelling the Amex card?

Conversion from the SN card: bonus was 10k / 20k / 50k for Green / Gold / Platinum based on a minimum spend. And in addition, you got the Booster, ie 3 MR / EUR (up to 50k EUR per year).

In parallel, there was a referral bonus offer: 60k for Gold / 150k for Platinum but without the Booster. Those offers were actually stackable but not on the same card.

There was no bonus transfer from MR to M&M (2 MR = 1 MM), but an increase in MR earning rate, that allowed them to offer the same earning of 1.5 MM per EUR. Well, until the collaboration really stops end of April...
