Once upon a time there was a handsome king. He was very lonely as he had no partner. He sent out a proclamation saying that anyone, from the humblest Executive Club Blue member to the mightiest Executive Club Premier could try to win his hand. The handsome king promised to treat every person who vied for his hand (and his kingdom) fairly and equally (as long as they had purchased a Y or B class ticket).
The various people who passed through the great hall where the handsome king sat all tried very hard to amuse him. They juggled for him, they showed him how to sneak into the FIRST lounge from Terraces via the communal showers and they even advised him on how to get the best seat in Club World.
Alas, none of them piqued the handsome king's interest. Finally, the handsome king's mother told him that if he didn't buck his ideas up and stop being so fussy she would pick a suitable partner for him.
The handsome king tried so hard but still none of the people he had seen seemed to be right for him.
His mother, the Queen, then found a likely-looking Cabin Service Director who claimed to come from the old and well-respected family of Ga-Lore. She had her own hairbrush and could mix an excellent Kir Royale.
The Queen told the handsome king that Ms Pucci was going to be his partner and the whole kingdom rejoiced.
That night, the handsome king became very agitated. He strode to the door of his chamber and pushed down the privacy fan. His eyes met the manly face of the Club World guard. The handsome king's gaze rolled down the guard's uniform which enhanced his tight, muscular frame. Immediately the king swooned and had to be brought around with some emergency champagne from FIRST.
The handsome king ran off with the manly Club World guard and they lived happily ever after in San Francisco.
Well, I did say it was a fairy story.
