If it's a genuine reason (i.e. W&B) there will be at least some record of Load Control making a request for the crew to re-locate however...

The flight you're referring to is YUL-ZSA-PLS-YUL which operates every Tuesday as RV1782/RV1783. The last flight for this would appear to be August 26.
