Serious question... if there was a problem with the Infant ticket isn't it likely (or at least quite possible) that Travelocity screwed it up? OTA's are not known for always getting things...

Only if you are an AC *Gold. Preferred/preferential seating has NEVER been a published *Gold benefit. Ever. Some airlines will provide it to all *G...but that is THEIR decision.
