I wish that made it better, but Hilton doesn't guarantee a late checkout - even for Diamonds - at any hotel. (I'm a Diamond with Hilton, and it's my backup program.)

I've always just used Uber. The hotel can arrange a private chauffeured service at way more $$$. There's also taking a cab or Uber to the subway and taking the subway into the city.
