According to the gate agent and supervisor at FLL effective Jan 14 2016 you cannot standby for an earler flight less than 30 minutes before scheduled departure time.

i believe if the addresses on the accounts are all the same you can transfer points between accounts. my wife does not have the same last name as I do and we transfer miles regularly.

I had once read that the only way a restaurant that offered all you can eat could stop you from eating and ask you to leave was to either not charge you or at closing time.
