I qualified for both in 2019, and despite calling both Barclay and AA, was only awarded EQD for the business card. Nothing for the silver. I met the threshold on the silver in November.

Isn't OP's problem that ALL of his miles expired before there was any deduction for the subscription? Therefore, it seems unlikely that the order even went through.
