AC alternative

Fiordland has it right. WS should not be allowed to cancel all service to the region and issue vouchers. AC Is now the only game in town and I agree - WS should be obligated to endorse their...

what is your evidence that PD will restart ?

Of course (!) I self-isolated.
My point is that PD can no longer rely on travel restrictions to not restart operations.
What is your evidence (if any?) that PD will restart on 15 December ?
ps...

do not cry over spilled milk

I was last on an airplane in September - not March. Next up ? November.

What makes these lounges special ?

I have them in reverse order:
TK - luggage storage @ entrance, nice selection of newspapers, great snacks & showers! Can be crowded in the pm is the only downside;
LH - food is OK, like it that I...

what about driving ?

I would be inclined to drive to Vancouver Int'l Airport. At the Peace Arch, tell border services you are "in transit". If they ask to where, say HAV.

I know the land border is closed - but I...

Only twice you say ? We too have enjoyed two fabulous stays (one with butlers!) and consider it the crowning achievment (no pun intended!) of our times in London. Can't say I will be back - but -...

last stay in 2016

I had a paid stay @ this property in 2016, for an investment conference. While it was swanky, definitely not St. Regis quality!

I added mine directly to the Wiki.
Having said that, I have to marvel @ the fact the 1/2 of the North American listed properties are sub par hotels in Orlando?

Keyser, I have an upcoming res @ the Moxy in November. If all hotels in Amsterdam are struggling, I may end up in the same predicament!
My position is that Marriott is responsible for moving my...

recent [email protected] the Marriott

I am not a fan of the Sheraton. I spent 9 nights last month @ the Marriott. I like the staff - but - as you may be aware, Plat means very lttle post pandemic - room upgrade, free brekkie in the...
